B&R 4C2210.01-510

Material Composition:

Conductors are fine-stranded Class 5 copper per IEC 60228 (560 strands of 0.20 mm diameter each) for maximum flexibility. Insulation is cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) rated to 90°C continuous. The PUR outer jacket provides exceptional resistance to cutting oils, hydraulic fluids, coolants, and mechanical abrasion — critical for servo motor environments in CNC and machining centers.

Functional Features:

Factory-assembled connectors with crimp-and-seal technology ensure IP67 connector integrity when mated. Double shielding provides > 60 dB EMC attenuation in the 150 kHz–30 MHz range, fully compliant with EN 61800-3 (EMC for adjustable speed drives). The cable is UL listed and CSA certified for North American installations.

Applicable Industries:

ACOPOS and ACOPOSmulti servo motor connections, CNC machine tool axis drives, robot arm servo feeds, injection molding machine servo axes, printing press drive connections.

Installation Requirements:

Route in cable carrier (drag chain) or conduit. Maintain minimum 100 mm separation from 400 V+ power cables. Secure with cable clamps every 0.5 m along tray runs. Ensure connectors are fully threaded and locked before applying power. Ground the cable shield at both ends to the drive and motor chassis.

Critical Usage Directives:

Never cut or modify cable length in the field. Do not use with non-B&R servo systems without verifying pin compatibility. Inspect connectors for corrosion or pin damage every 6 months. Replace immediately if PUR jacket shows cuts, cracks, or chemical degradation. Maximum continuous operating temperature at conductor: 90°C.
