Working Principle​

The module communicates with Bently Nevada monitoring racks, collects proximity probe and vibration transducer signals, converts raw waveforms into displacement and frequency data, applies filtering and orbital mathematics, stores results in the database and presents interactive plots for analysis and reporting.

Installation Requirements​

Install a compatible 64 bit Windows PC with SSD storage and network access to the 3300 rack. Assign static IP addresses or serial parameters according to the rack configuration. Activate the license through Bently Nevada System 1 or TrendMaster activation tools. Import channel mapping, transducer constants and alarm setpoints before live monitoring.

Usage Precautions​

Keep firewall exceptions for TCP/IP, OPC and Modbus ports used by the software. Perform regular database backups. Validate transducer calibration constants before trend interpretation. Restrict configuration changes to authorized personnel. Update firmware and software versions together to prevent compatibility errors.
