Working Principle:
The motor functions as a synchronous permanent magnet servo motor. Three-phase sinusoidal currents from the servo drive create a rotating magnetic field in the stator. The NdFeB permanent magnet rotor synchronously follows this field. The multi-turn absolute encoder uses a Wiegand wire or battery-backed memory to store absolute position across unlimited revolutions. The servo drive continuously compares commanded position with encoder feedback, adjusting current to achieve precise motion control.
