Working Principle:
Identical to TC52S — simultaneous torque and angle sampling with multi-step program execution. The higher torque range (up to 54 Nm) makes it suitable for M6–M8 bolt applications in light structural assembly.

  • Calibrate torque sensor annually or every 300,000 cycles
  • Do not exceed 54 Nm — internal transducer will suffer permanent drift
  • Use only Atlas Copco electric screwdrivers with compatible encoder protocol
  • Keep connector dry — IP54 is not waterproof
