Working Principle:
Oil-injected screw compression with permanent magnet motor driving the airend at variable speed. The GA VSD+ controller continuously adjusts motor speed (typically 2900–3900 RPM) to match air demand in real time. Oil injects into the compression chamber for sealing, cooling, and lubrication. Oil/air mixture passes through a coalescing separator — oil content in output is <3 ppm.
