Material Composition:
- Frame: High-tensile structural steel with hot-dip galvanized finish
- Air End: Cast iron rotary screw with precision-machined rotors
- Tank: Carbon steel ASME-certified pressure vessel
- Canopy: Galvanized steel with acoustic insulation panels
Structural Characteristics:
- Tandem-axle trailer with road-lighting and reflective markings
- Forklift pockets on all four sides
- Full-width service platform with anti-slip grating
- Integrated fuel fill and drain points at ground level
Working Principle:
Diesel engine drives a two-stage rotary screw air end. Intake air passes through a multi-stage filtration system, is compressed in two stages with intercooling, then routed through the HW aftercooler and moisture separator. The PB canopy houses all components, protecting the engine and air end from rain, dust, and debris.
Advantage Highlights:
- Complete off-grid operation — no external power needed
- Protected chassis extends component life in harsh environments
- HW package ensures dry air output in tropical/coastal conditions
- High fuel efficiency at partial load due to electronically governed engine
Applicable Industries:
Mining, quarrying, remote construction, pipeline work, road building, drilling operations, military field operations
Model Series: PF3107 Series — Heavy-Duty Portable Compressors (300–400 CFM diesel range)
Installation Requirements:
- Level, compacted ground surface capable of supporting 4,200 kg
- Minimum 2-meter clearance at rear for exhaust and service access
- No external power connection required (self-contained)
Usage Precautions:
- Allow engine warm-up period of 3–5 minutes before full-load operation
- Monitor coolant temperature — do not exceed 95°C
- Drain fuel/water separator daily
- Service air filter every 250 hours; replace every 1,000 hours
- Ensure canopy ventilation panels are not obstructed during operation
