Material Composition:

  • Chassis: S355 hot-dip galvanized steel
  • Generator Enclosure: Sound-attenuated steel housing
  • Alternator: 100% copper windings, Class H insulation
  • Airend: Cast iron housing, steel rotors

Structural Features:

  • Single-axle trailer with hydraulic jacks
  • Dual canopy: compressor section + generator section
  • Integrated circuit breaker panel on exterior
  • Forklift pockets on all four corners

Working Principle: The Deutz diesel engine simultaneously drives the screw airend (via coupling) and the alternator (via belt drive or PTO). The generator produces 400V 3-phase power for external tools, lighting, or auxiliary equipment while the compressor delivers pressurized air. Both systems operate from a single fuel source.

Key Advantages:

  • Self-contained air + power station eliminates need for separate generator
  • 200 kVA output powers multiple heavy tools simultaneously
  • Single fuel tank serves both engine and generator
  • HW-rated for high-altitude sites

Applicable Industries: Remote construction sites, mining camps, events, road building, drilling rigs with no grid power

Installation Requirements:

  • Flat ground with ≥ 12 tonnes/m² capacity
  • 3m clearance on generator side for exhaust dispersion
  • Earth grounding rod required for electrical safety

Usage Precautions:

  • Monitor generator load — do not exceed 160 kW continuous
  • Check alternator belt tension every 250 hours
  • Use only Atlas Copco-approved fuel filters
  • Never operate generator and compressor at full load simultaneously without derating
