Working Principle
Ingress frames are received on RJ45 or SFP ports, classified by VLAN/QoS rules, forwarded through the non-blocking fabric using store-and-forward, and transmitted to destination ports. PoE controller negotiates/selects 802.3af power per port within the 225 W budget.
Installation Requirements
Install in 19-inch rack with 1U clearance and ventilation. Connect 100–240 VAC per regional power cord version. Use Cat5e/6 for 10/100/1000 copper and matched SFP modules for fiber. Configure management IP, VLAN and PoE priority before connecting powered devices.
Usage Precautions
Do not exceed 225 W total PoE budget. Verify fan operation in 24POE model. Use only compatible SFPs. Maintain ambient temperature per operating manual; avoid blocking exhaust vents.
