  • DIN rail mountable
  • 4 LED status indicators (one per output channel)
  • Jumper-selectable input voltage (24 V / 110 V DC)
  • Screw terminals with clear labeling

Working Principle:
Input power (24 V or 110 V DC) is converted to isolated 24 V DC outputs via high-frequency isolated DC-DC converters (1 MHz switching). Analog inputs are sampled by a 16-bit Sigma-Delta ADC and transmitted digitally over the backplane. Each output channel has overcurrent protection (550 mA trip point).

Key Advantages:

  • Dual input voltage (24 V / 110 V DC) for flexible deployment
  • Fully isolated outputs prevent ground loops
  • 14-bit analog resolution for precision measurement
  • Built-in overcurrent protection per channel

Applicable Industries:
Oil refineries, gas processing, remote monitoring stations, SCADA systems, environmental monitoring.

Installation Requirements:

  • Mount on 35 mm DIN rail
  • Set input voltage jumper before connecting power
  • Use minimum 1.5 mm² wire for power connections
  • Connect analog sensors with shielded cable

Usage Precautions:

  • Set jumper to correct input voltage (24 V or 110 V DC) before power-up
  • Do not exceed 500 mA per output channel
  • Verify polarity before connecting field devices
  • Do not operate in condensing humidity without IP65 enclosure
