  • LED display for parameter monitoring (4-digit, 7-segment)
  • Keypad interface (5 buttons) for parameter programming

Working Principle:
AC mains is rectified to DC via a diode bridge and filtered to a 310 V DC bus. The IGBT inverter (PWM, 8 kHz switching frequency) converts DC back to variable-frequency AC for the motor. The microcontroller (STM32F103 or equivalent) implements V/F or sensorless vector control algorithms. The built-in PID controller adjusts motor speed based on the 4–20 mA feedback signal to maintain constant pressure or flow.

Key Advantages:

  • Built-in PID controller eliminates need for external PLC
  • Dry-run protection prevents pump damage
  • Modbus RTU for SCADA integration
  • Compact design fits in small enclosures

Applicable Industries:
Water supply and distribution, boiler feed systems, HVAC circulation, irrigation, fire suppression systems.

Installation Requirements:

  • Install in IP54-rated enclosure for outdoor/wet locations
  • Connect motor cable with maximum length 50 m (unshielded) or 100 m (shielded)
  • Ground motor frame and drive chassis to PE
  • Set carrier frequency to 4 kHz if motor noise is an issue

Usage Precautions:

  • Perform auto-tuning before first operation
  • Set acceleration/deceleration ramps appropriate for pump system (typically 5–30 s)
  • Do not operate without motor connected (open-loop protection active)
  • Check fan operation if ambient exceeds 40°C
