Working Principle:
The induction motor drives the centrifugal impeller at high speed, creating negative pressure at the inlet (connected to the drum via hose) and positive pressure at the outlet (connected to the drain hose). Water is drawn from the drum, accelerated by the impeller vanes, and expelled through the outlet. The built-in check valve prevents water from flowing back into the drum when the pump is off.
Key Advantages:
- High flow rate ensures efficient drainage even with heavy loads
- Debris filter protects pump from lint and coin damage
- Low noise operation suitable for open-plan living spaces
- Thermal protection extends motor life under heavy-duty cycles
Applicable Industries:
- Washing machine OEM manufacturing
- Domestic appliance repair and servicing
- Commercial laundry equipment maintenance
Installation Requirements:
- Mount pump to chassis using 2× M4 screws with rubber grommets
- Connect inlet hose to drum outlet port — ensure O-ring is seated
- Connect outlet hose to standpipe or drain connection
- Verify free rotation of impeller before first power-on
Usage Precautions:
- Clean filter basket before every wash cycle to prevent clogging
- Do not run pump dry — this damages impeller and seals
- Check for unusual vibration or noise — indicates bearing wear or blockage
- Replace O-rings annually as preventive maintenance
