Power Management & Fault Isolation
- The chassis integrates independent overcurrent protection fuses for each power distribution channel (+5 V DC and +24 V DC), with 2 A fast-blow fuses for +5 V DC and 5 A slow-blow fuses for +24 V DC. Each fuse is replaceable via front-access fuse holders, eliminating the need to disassemble the chassis for fuse replacement and reducing maintenance downtime.
- Built-in power supply fault detection circuits monitor the voltage and current of each power channel in real time, and transmit fault signals to the central CPU via the backplane bus. The CPU can trigger alarm prompts or emergency shutdown procedures according to the fault level, realizing intelligent power fault management.
- The signal bus and power bus of the chassis are physically separated and independently shielded, and each module slot is equipped with independent power isolation diodes to prevent reverse current caused by module failure from affecting other modules and the entire backplane bus, achieving slot-level fault isolation.

- Environmental Adaptability & Durability
- The chassis housing uses 1.5mm thick cold-rolled steel with electrophoretic coating + powder double coating process, the surface coating thickness is up to 80μm, which has excellent corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and oil resistance, and can adapt to the harsh industrial environment with oil mist, dust and slight corrosive gas.
- The module slot contact pins use gold-plated process with a plating thickness of 5μm, which effectively reduces contact resistance, prevents oxidation and wear, and ensures stable electrical connection even after long-term repeated plugging and unplugging of modules (≥10,000 times).
- The chassis has a built-in dust-proof baffle at the module slot opening, which can prevent dust and foreign matter from entering the backplane bus when the module is not installed, and the dust-proof baffle can be automatically opened when the module is inserted, without affecting the normal installation of the module.
- Diagnostic & Monitoring Functions
- The chassis is equipped with a centralized status indicator panel on the front, including overall power indicator (green), backplane bus communication indicator (flashing green), power fault indicator (red) and slot fault indicator (red for each slot). The indicator panel can directly reflect the overall operation status of the chassis and the working status of each slot, realizing visual real-time monitoring.
- Supports real-time acquisition of chassis operation data via the backplane bus, including power supply voltage/current of each channel, backplane bus communication rate, module online status and slot fault information. - The chassis has a built-in temperature sensor, which can monitor the internal working temperature of the chassis in real time.
